Fish is easy to cook, light, and pairs beautifully with a tropical-style mango salsa for the fast dinner.
What’s Mahi Mahi?
Mahi-mahi is really a mildly sweet whitefish by having a sturdy texture, just like swordfish, and that can be found in waters from Massachusetts to Texas as well as the Caribbean.
Mahi-Mahi is generally observed in menus as blackened fish tacos since it is a firmer seafood. Find fillets at your local fishmonger or sometimes frozen during the supermarket. If you can obtain it, fresh is better!
Grilling Mahi-Mahi

Salmon includes a similar texture by having a stronger taste, but could be replaced for mahi-mahi. Skewered shrimp could be grilled and will nevertheless pair well salsa too.

COOKING TIP: Avoid cooking seafood too long so that it doesn’t dry out. The fish is slightly firm to touch, opaque in color while having moist flakes.

Cilantro Jicama Slaw would taste great, so would Grilled Zucchini! A light salad like Strawberry Spinach Salad or Classic Wedge Salad would compliment the tastes regarding the fish, with a pitcher of Easy White Sangria.
